About the Group

A group of businesses,
not a single business.

Larchplus started as a single manufacturing operation and grew outward the way its namesake tree does — one ring at a time. Today the Group holds independent divisions across manufacturing, wholesale, technology, and land, run under one set of standards and one balance sheet.

Our mission

Grow deliberately.
Operate responsibly.

We back divisions we can run for decades — not sectors we can trade in and out of. That means holding land instead of flipping it, building manufacturing capacity instead of renting it, and choosing environmentally sound processes even when the cheaper option is available.

How we operate

Shared foundation.
Independent teams.

Every division runs its own leadership, its own P&L, and answers to its own customers. What they share is a Group finance, legal, and technology backbone — so a manufacturing lead spends their time on production, not payroll software.

Talk to us

If you're building something that fits the way we operate, we're always open to hearing about a new ring for the Group.

What guides us

Principles across every division

Long-term ownership

We hold land, plant, and infrastructure for the long run, and make decisions accordingly.

Environmental accountability

Manufacturing and land decisions weigh environmental impact alongside commercial return.

Operational independence

Divisions are close to their own markets and make their own calls — supported, not directed, by the Group.
