About the Group
Larchplus started as a single manufacturing operation and grew outward the way its namesake tree does — one ring at a time. Today the Group holds independent divisions across manufacturing, wholesale, technology, and land, run under one set of standards and one balance sheet.
Our mission
We back divisions we can run for decades — not sectors we can trade in and out of. That means holding land instead of flipping it, building manufacturing capacity instead of renting it, and choosing environmentally sound processes even when the cheaper option is available.
How we operate
Every division runs its own leadership, its own P&L, and answers to its own customers. What they share is a Group finance, legal, and technology backbone — so a manufacturing lead spends their time on production, not payroll software.
Our divisions
01 / MANUFACTURING
Production of industrial and consumer goods with an emphasis on low-impact materials and processes, including contract manufacturing for partner brands.
02 / WHOLESALE
Bulk supply and distribution linking manufacturers to retail, hospitality, and export markets, supported by our own warehousing and logistics.
03 / TECHNOLOGY
Internal systems and infrastructure for the Group, plus IT services, support, and infrastructure delivered to external clients.
04 / LAND & PROPERTY
Acquisition, development, and long-term management of land and property assets that support both Group operations and outside tenants.
05 / VENTURES
New lines of business the Group is developing or evaluating, built on the same operating principles as the four core divisions.
+ / NEXT
If you're building something that fits the way we operate, we're always open to hearing about a new ring for the Group.
What guides us
We hold land, plant, and infrastructure for the long run, and make decisions accordingly.
Manufacturing and land decisions weigh environmental impact alongside commercial return.
Divisions are close to their own markets and make their own calls — supported, not directed, by the Group.
